Dear HSBC Open Banking Support Team,
I have an issue regarding Your Account Information Service,
particularly endpoint /standing-orders.
Among all other values You send us “frequency” which is an
information about how often some transaction is being retried.
According to Open Banking Standard it should be something
Instead You send us data something like this:
“THIRD DAY OF MONTH”,
“SIXTH DAY OF MONTH”.
The issue appears since 26th of September and applies to a huge amount of users.
Could You please investigate the issue?
