Lloyds Banking Group Downtime 02/11/19

Description

Between 07:03 and 07:31 all account information for 34% of Lloyds and 73% of Halifax bank accounts has been unavailable due to an issue with the Lloyds banking group core banking system.

This means that account information refreshes, payments and new consents to share account information with TPPs has not been possible.

This is being treated as a high severity incident and service recovery teams are working to understand the root cause of the service degradation to ensure that the service is not disrupted any further.

This incident is also impacting Internet and Mobile banking.
