Nationwide degraded service due to routine change

Description

Due to a planned change, Nationwide will have a degraded service between the following times:
Start: 9/11/2019 @ 22:00
End: 10/11/2019 @ 07:00

During this time, our v3.1 AIS APIs will return a cached balance for Current Accounts. TPP onboarding and new Authorisations will be available. Submitted payments will be queued for the period of the outage. All other services will be unavailable.
