Monzo –  authentication page fails to progress in IE11

Description

In Internet Explorer 11, the Monzo authentication page gets stuck on the initial loading screen. It appears to be an issue with the client side javascript on this page, with the following error in the console:

Monzo's authentication journey is not available in all browsers.
