Last night during a refresh we had quite a few customers encounter some internal server errors coming back, 500 errors, across a number of endpoints. This was across numerous accounts and we were wondering if you could provide some guidance on this. I will be able to send across an example of the interactions later today however we wanted to highlight this issue early on. Not only have there been a number of 500 errors but we also encountered a 502 error on a transaction endpoint, it went on to retry however we thought this worth highlighting.
Unable to refresh accounts as we are unable to access the endpoints required. This then ends up with the customers being unable to receive the service they are expecting.
None as we can't get any of the information needed.
Fairly high as this affected a few accounts and we would like to ensure the number of these errors is as small as possible.
