LBG - unable to fetch balance for some accounts

Description

We have a user that's unable to connect their Lloyds accounts, the balances call for one of the two accounts returns a 500 error. The same call for the other account is successful.

Technical Impact

There's nothing we can do technically

Workaround

Ask the user to try connecting accounts separately

Impact Assessment

The user is able to select both accounts to share but this leads to an error when they're back in our app. They will be able to share one account (or maybe both) by adding it separately, but that causes extra work for them to manage two connections.
