[Barclays] Multiple ErrorCodePolicy-12345-67890 errors

Hi team,

We've been seeing multiple "ErrorCodePolicy-12345-67890" errors coming from Barclays that are happening for users that are already connected. The big problem about this is that, whenever it happens, the accounts get disconnected and they have to reauthenticate.

The full error looks like the below:

And we have approximately 2000 accounts affected by this at the minute.
