We had a few reports yesterday (21st Nov) and today (22nd Nov) of some users not being able to get through the Santander consent journey.
From investigations our end, it looks to be a problem when using Safari.
Please can you update us as soon as possible on this.
Safari users seem to be impacted.
Chrome seems to be working (from what we have seen) and the Santander App (for mobile users with the app). We are advising our customers to get their customers to use Chrome however is not ideal and or convenient for most customers.
Santander customers are seeing issues while on the Santander consent journey.
