TSB customer : no eligible accounts

Description

Customer trying to consent their accounts with Xero. The customer gets as far as putting in to one time password on TSB's site and then gets an error that says 'Sorry, but you don't have any eligible accounts for data sharing at this time. Please click on 'Cancel' and we'll return you to Xero.'

What is concerning is that the customer called TSB and they advised that they are aware of the problem. They said that Xero needs to update their own system because TSB updated their site on 12 October and this is affecting this particular linking process.

This is news to us? what is the known issue and what do we have to update?
What customer details do you require to investigate?

TSB also gave the customer a phone number to get int touch with Xero which is not how Xero accepts customer support - can you please update your support systems to remove this urgently. I'm not sure where this has come from.
