A customer is attempting to authorise a Barclays account, but is getting an error OBA28 in their Barclays app (they are logged in to it):
Something went wrong! Sorry, we aren't able to carry out your request at the moment. Please try again later.
We successfully setup an Account Access Consent, the user is redirected to the app, gets the error, and that's the end of the flow.
An example consent where this happened would be ConsentId (intent):
No continuation of consent flow after redirection to app.
It's possible that web-to-web flow would work, but customer has not tried this yet, and a working app flow should be a better experience.
Customer is unable to add their account(s).
