Nationwide experienced a 2 hour window of API failures ranging between 60 and 100%
Nationwide had a 500 error this morning for nearly 2 hours ranging for 60% -100% failure rate on API calls. We think this may have caused anyone who attempted to migrate to OB to not be able to pull transactions. API call time peaked at 20 seconds.
Timeout that may have affected pulling customer transactions through. Nothing was put up on the transparency calendar
