Barclays v2.0 POST /account-requests 400 error

Description

POST requests made to https://elara.api.barclays/open-banking/v2.0/account-requests with ostensibly valid headers/bodies are being rejected with 400 errors:

JBWEB000120: The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect.
