Could you please let us know if there is an issue with Barclays Business accounts as it is disappearing from the OB list when 2FA is enabled using app-to-app?
Please find here the client issue:
"The customer has the Barclays mobile app (I’m afraid I don’t know the device) and is able to use this to view other Barclays business accounts, and connect these using Truelayer. However, the account where 2 step verification has been introduced is no longer visible to select in the mobile app. The user is able to access the Barclays account with 2 step verification when logging into the Desktop site. The Mobile app uses a 5 digit passcode to access accounts, the desktop uses a different log in method."
