Lloyds Banking Group Downtime 11.01.2020

Description

Lloyds Banking Group would like to all TPPs that due to a network issue in one of our data centres, LBG support teams observed an elevated API failure rate between 06:20 - 06:59.

Mitigation actions were completed at 07:00 and failures returned to expected levels.

A full fix is being progressed but no further impact to service is expected.
