Lloyds to Barclays one specific user consent not able to REVOKE

Description

Hi Team,

One specific customer tried to remove open banking Barclays aggregated account and unable to revoke the consent, due to which still it is showing in her Lloyds mobile app.

After analyzing our logs we identified that "Barclays API" returned 403 error response for the consent revoke call for this specific user.

Please kindly analyze from your end based on time stamp and Intent id on why we got 403 response for this specific user only.

Technical Impact
