Consent was revoked before end of 3 months

Description

We have a user that connected their Lloyds Business account on the November 7th 2019, 12:59:18.180. The end of the consent was set to February 5th 2020, 12:59:18.154.

On December 27th we started receiving an error when requesting the transactions stating that a re authentication was required.

The user mentioned that they have their Business Lloyds account connected with Quickbooks and that they had to re authorise it.

We would like to know why the consent that was given to Moneyhub was revoked by Quickbooks or it this is not the case we would like to know the reason why it was asking to re authorise before the end of the consent period.
