We are trying to obtain a consent with M&S Bank using a live account but the process is failing. This was originally raised with HSBC on the 11th November but remains unresolved.
We have sent various debug information from the failure on the online banking site but currently awaiting a resolution. Latest from HSBC support desk: Sorry to delay to reply.
Our b/e team is working on the fix for the issue, and it's planned to be done on Jan. We will update you once there is a concrete date.
