Intermittent failures on RBS, NatWest & Ulster Bank calls - 19th Nov 2018

Description

Related to the incident OBSD-5800, between 06:15 and 09:00 RBS Group started to see error 500 alerts again across all 3 brands for Open Banking calls, with 20% of all OB calls producing errors. This was caused by an automated process re-starting the errant node which had been removed from cluster due to previous incident.
