API downtime for NatWest Corporate Customers Sat 22nd - sun 23rd Feb

Description

We wish to advise that due to planned maintenance work taking place on the NatWest New Bankline platform, between Saturday 22nd Feb and Sun 23rd Feb, Payment Initiation services and new AISP consent requests for corporate NatWest customers, using New Bankline, will be unavailable from 6:00 pm on 22nd Feb to 6:00 am on 23rd Feb. This could potentially impact around 1.2% of NatWest's digital customers who access the application either directly or via TPP’s. Access to AISP and PISP API’s for the rest of our digital customer base and access via all other channels will remain available during this change window.
