Intermittent issue on RBS brands

Description

RBS are currently investigating an issue with intermittent connection resets that have been reported to us by one TPP this afternoon. We can see from our logs that we have seen occurrences of connection resets between 10:57 and 12:05 todays and then some more around 14:40. Our support teams are currently investigating.
