RBS wishes to advise that due to a planned release on Sat 16th Mar, Corporate customers using New Bankline will be unable to complete new account consents or initiate new payments across all 3 brands (NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank North). The window of this change is 04:30 – 15:00 and the change will deliver a new version of the application with enhancements and fixes for New Bankline Open Banking functionality, changes to the mobile and card reader back-end, enhancements to New Bankline payments, enhancements to transaction search and account statements, changes to International payments and further enhancement of Fraud detection and prevention.
This change will only affect our Corporate customers accessing New Bankline either directly or via TPP’s, which accounts for 1.3% of our digital customer base. Access to AISP and PISP API’s for the rest of our digital customer base and access via all other channels will remain available during this change window.
