Virgin Money would like to remind the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance work and some of our API services will be unavailable to TPPs between 11:59pm on 20th March and 2am on 21st March 2020.
We originally provided notification of this outage on 12th March.
All personal savings, current and SME business accounts will be affected by this work. Our credit card accounts will not be impacted.
This outage will also impact our direct savings and current account customer channel.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
