RBS - Issues impacting App to App consent for RBS brand

RBS technical teams are currently investigating a further app to app consent issue, specifically impacting the RBS brand. We believe this issue is separate to the one which we reported on Thursday 26th March (), which only impacted IOS users who had upgraded to the latest release of our mobile app (6.5.0).

The new issue is impacting 100% of consents (new and re-consent) for both AIS and PIS across all mobile operating systems for the RBS brand only and has been on-going since 12:20 on Sunday 29th March and at 09:15 this morning we have recorded 1153 consent failures.
