Virgin Money would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance work on our Credit Card web channel and we will be unable to grant new customer consents, including payment consents, between 00:45am and 4am on 28th May 2020. Existing consents will not be impacted.
This outage will also impact our customer credit card web channel. Our personal and SME business customer current and savings accounts will not be impacted.
