App -> App consent failure (Mobile only)

Description

We are aware that there is an issue with mobile customers giving consent via TPP applications. We have raised an incident internally and are currently completing root cause analysis to try and figure out exactly what has happened.

At this time, I can't provide a date fix/time, but this is our top priority today, so all focus will be on implementing a fix asap.
