RBS wishes to advise that due to a planned change on Sat 01st & Sun 02nd Jun, both PISP and AISP services for corporate customers using Bankline, across all 3 brands (NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank North) will be unavailable from 19:30 (01st Jun) until 11:30 (02nd Jun). This release will deliver changes to CHAPS, multi-party authorisation, AISP in readiness for Ulster Bank Republic and PSD2 positional changes. These changes were originally expected to be deployed as part of a previous planned outage on the 18th and 19th May, but this had to be rolled back due to unforeseen issues during that particular change window.
The change will only affect our corporate customers accessing Bankline either directly or via TPP’s, which accounts for 1.2% of our digital customer base. Access to AISP and PISP API’s for the rest of our digital customer base and access via all other channels will remain available during this period.
