Clydesdale Bank PLC would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance work to some of our API services and we will be unable to grant new customer consents, including payment consents, via web redirection to on personal savings, current and SME busines accounts hosted on https://api.prod.ob.virginmoney.com/ between 4pm and 11pm on 27th September 2020. Existing consents will not be impacted.
Our credit card accounts will not be impacted. This outage will also impact our direct savings and current account customer channel.
