Lloyds Banking Group would like to advise that an elevated rate of API failures and response times were observed on the platform between 15:30 - 15:33.

This incident impacted AIS, PIS & COF APIs across all the LBG brands.

Service has been stable since 15:33 with failure rates and response times returning to normal levels.
