Open Banking Unavailable to RBS Group Corporate Customers - 26/27th July


RBS wishes to advise that due to a planned change on Sat 18th & Sun 19th May, both PISP and AISP services for corporate customers using New Bankline, across 2 of our brands (NatWest & RBS) will be unavailable from 20:00 (26th July) until 08:00 (27th July). This release will rollout the latest version of the application that will include a bulk and batch feature allowing corporate customers using Open Banking to import and manage a file of payments from a TPP and include bug fixes for UBR domestic payments.

The change will only affect our corporate customers accessing New Bankline either directly or via TPP’s, which accounts for 1.2% of our digital customer base. Access to AISP and PISP API’s for the rest of our digital customer base and access via all other channels will remain available during this change window.
