Lloyds Banking Group AIS API Failures 19/07/19

Description

During a planned change to the Lloyds Banking Group Core Banking System which holds customers account information, some customer records were unexpectedly unavailable, which resulted in API failures were between 04:43 - 05:17.

The failures ceased when the change was backed-out.

The following failure rates for the impacted APIs can be found below:

/account balances 37.71%
/account transactions 55.06%
/account standing orders 8.95%
/account direct debits 8.16%
/account product 40.74%
/account beneficiaries 6.9%
