Natwest - Resource endpoints cannot handle a large number of accounts against a consent

Description

NB - we have raised this with NatWest using their portal too https://rbsgroupapiservicedesk.spectrumhosting.net/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/1/RSD-519.

A NatWest Bankline customer who has a lot of accounts with can consent in your authorise journey to share all their accounts (they have 99 accounts), however you do not allow us to pull all the data using our product.

I have attached the requests and responses in the attached spreadsheet.

As you can see, you respond with 429's. We also get a 414(URI Too Long) response from you when we use the next link you issued us in one of the /accounts/{accountID}/transaction response.
