Santander - Payment instruction not handling correctly

Description

Tried to make a payment with insufficient funds, Santander message came up saying 'something's gone wrong', clicked on cancel and go back, sent to another Santander screen for which cancel and exit link is not responsive, other links on the page are responsive

Our E2E flow did not work correctly
