[HSBC][Android] Intermittent "service unavailable" error

Hi,
Some of our users are receiving the following error when trying to connect using an Android phone (check screenshot).
Here's some information that might help:

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S8

It's important to note that the authentication process starts on an iframe (inside the Facebook Messenger app), so this might be affecting.
