Customer landed on RBS from Barclays Mobile Banking - took a long time to load - enter RBS credentials progressed through authorisation process and received the message "Sorry something went wrong. Couldn't redirect to Barclays app"
Customer did carry out around 10-15 successful payment during the period where this error was identified
