Halifax - Payment Amount is different between payment request and payment made

Customer made a payment of £1.00 - customer received a text from Halifax confirming payment of £1 confirmed however the payment debited made was 10p

Our logs have confirmed that the instructed amount is £1

Please can this be investigated on priority as this is big customer concern where the payment requested and the payment which was made.

We did make a number of successful payments with Halifax so we are cobfused whether this is impacted based on a specific amount.

For reference the customer did also make a payment for 10p which was confirmed through the text message but the payment of 1p was made.

Final point - customer made a payment of 11p - the payment flow confirmed that we got a success however the payment was not debited.

Key ask is to investigate the payment amount why the value debited was not the same as the value requested and confirmed within the Halifax text
