Customer logged onto Halifax ok and set up the payment details. It then gave them a code to use when Halifax phoned. Halifax phoned and before the customer could key in the code, the page on Halifax said "Sorry, we can’t set up your payment - due to a technical problem you can’t make this payment at the moment. Please try again later"
