Halifax - Payment failure error message received

Customer attempted a Payment request on 05/08/19 @ 10:49:57

fapi- id is EA64F58C-4667-4D24-85A0-B9B114A7A813

Customer logged onto Halifax ok and set up the payment details. It then gave them a code to use when Halifax phoned. Halifax phoned and before the customer could key in the code, the page on Halifax said "Sorry, we can’t set up your payment - due to a technical problem you can’t make this payment at the moment. Please try again later"
