Yesterday and this morning, we had two customers redirect to us with an error code of '400'. One came from Lloyds and the other from Halifax.

Looking back at our telemetry for the past few weeks, the two requests above appear to be the first instances we've seen of this error.
With a 400 error code usually signalling that the incoming request is incorrect - is this an issue with the request we are sending? Or is this a genuine error on LBGs side?
