HSBC > Xero User received "No eligible accounts error" on set up

Hi Team,

A Xero (AISP) user received a "No eligible accounts error" multiple times on set up. Our TPP is OpenWrks. The login user name is: GBHBEU1007312463JANE

I've attached the form as well as a screenshot of the error.
