Description

Multiple times a day, the account endpoint is unavailable to call. The response received from the ASPSP is often either a status 400 or status 500 error.

Technical Impact

Unable to receive a successful response from the account endpoint.

Impact Assessment

Being unable to reach the account endpoint causes us to lose onboarding capabilities, as well as affecting customers who attempt to renew their access during this downtime. This causes customer and business detriment.
