[OBIE-815] unable to access HSBC customer data - JIRA

unable to access HSBC customer data

Description

After a user successfully goes through the consent flow and is redirected back to our redirect_uri we fetch the content object and it states AwaitingAuthorisation as the status. As far as the user is concerned they have successfully authorised access.

We've tried connecting two different accounts and receive the same error.
