Barclays - Accounts request could not be processed due to invalid data

Hello,

We are noticing an increaing number of Barclays users that are unable to access any Open Banking features. The affected customers can complete the consent process but when we attempt to read the account-consent-request or to query the transactions endpoint the following error message is returned:

In the past we have been advised to direct affected users to their local branch to remove a possible "marker" on their account. This however is ambigous and we've yet to hear that any customers have succefully been able to have these markers removed. In another case a customer was advised that it can take 4-6 weeks to clear.

What do we do about this? It seems like a flaw in the Barclays consent system and in 2 weeks it will become mandatory for all our customers to adopt a PSD2 compliant feed. Why is the consent granted in the first place if there are factors that restrict use of Open Banking services?
