[Barclays] 500 status code/ misclassified business account on obv3 endpoints

Description

We're seeing a 500 status code when hitting certain endpoints in OBv3:

The endpoints are:
https://telesto.api.barclays:443/open-banking/v3.1/aisp/accounts/10000000000000058877/direct-debits (x-fapi-interaction-id=98470a07-ecdf-4ca5-bad3-c9864b80aa6e)
https://telesto.api.barclays:443/open-banking/v3.1/aisp/accounts/10000000000000058877/standing-orders (x-fapi-interaction-id=4ca008c2-2802-4b39-a6fd-1b72b51d58f0)

It seems like the account has been misidentified as a business account. When hitting v3, we're getting:

back, whereas we're getting the following for v2:

The account owner has made it clear that it's definitely not a business account.
