Following deployment of the "Barclays enhanced OB journeys", the user experience is impacted as the "new" journey does not scale to smaller browser windows.
For example, when the browser window is 600 pixels wide by 640 pixels high, the "Card number" textfields are misaligned, see the attached image.
However, if the window is 1 pixel thinner (i.e. 599 pixels wide), the "Card number" textfields are moved under the label and are now aligned. The media rule for this should be applied for windows that are a "bit" wider than 599 pixels, e.g. 650 pixels wide.
After the user has logged in, the "Sharing your data" screen does not scale at all for smaller browser windows, and the user is forced to scroll horizontally to press the "Continue" button after selecting their accounts.
Medium. The aforementioned issues can cause PSUs to not feel comfortable to use Open Banking powered services as the user experience does not feel easy and streamlined.
Update the media rule that re-aligns the "Card number" textfields to apply when the browser window is 650 pixels or less.
Scale the post log-in screen down to fit well for smaller browser windows.
