Once a PSU has authorized and consented to the account request they are presented with the following "flash" message:

The phrase "please go back to our webpage, where you started" does not in our opinion sufficiently clarify the expected behaviour of PSUs following successful authorization. We suspect that many PSUs would be confused by this language.
In isolation we do not feel this is a particular blocker, however this adds to customer confusion during the authorization step and in aggregate with other issues that have been identified, testing suggests that consumer drop-off is significant.
