Lloyds Banking Group Downtime 15.09.19

Description

Since 18:15 all account information for 34% of Lloyds and 73% of Halifax bank accounts has been unavailable due to an issue with the Lloyds banking group core banking system. This incident is also impacting Internet and Mobile banking/

This means that account information refreshes, payments and new consents to share account information with TPPs has not been possible.

This is being treated as a high severity incident and service recovery teams are working to resolve the issue.
