Intermittent HTTP 500 responses from Lloyds

Hi

We are seeing intermittent HTTP 500 responses from Lloyds when calling the (v3) domestic payment endpoint (https://secure-api.lloydsbank.com/prod01/lbg/lyds/open-banking/v3.1/pisp/domestic-payments)
