From the logs we found a ‘No content found response’ which we believe would potentially prevent customers accessing their information. Service has remained stable since.

This is a swing from one mainframe environment to another in order to be able to perform maintenance tasks. It is important to note - the swing happens every weekend, hence this will be recurring planned service degradation. Of course, this is not the way we want to keep it, however since it is related to very core, mainframe systems, the fixes will not come that easily. Consent flows impacted due to MATLS SSO issue from 10:51 until 12:53

Open Banking's certificate authority's OCSP and CRL servers (ob.trustis.com) are unavailable. As a result of not being able to check certificate revocation status, Monzo's Open Banking API has become unavailable at 11:00 today. Our engineers are implementing a change to skip this check temporarily until the CA becomes available again.

TPPs who do their own revocation checks may need to implement a similar change in order to restore service to our APIs.
