The FCA have minded to exempt AIB
No
Allied Irish Bank (AIB) and First Trust Bank are exempt from the requirement to build a contingency mechanism for the “AIB Retail “Retail API Channel”. The exemption is dependent on the Confirmation of Funds for Credit Cards API going live before 14 March 2020.
