What is your approach to token management to enable application of the reauthentication exemption? (see link to FCA guidance)

Chase UK provides a refresh token for an access token. Once a TPP uses the refresh token, we limit the TPP within the scope of UK-RTS Article 10a to balances, and transactions generated in the last 90 days (limited with refresh tokens). If the customer is not present, TPPs use refresh token to obtain an access token,  each access token/session lasts 5 minutes.
