LBG would like to advise that between 13:37 and 13:41 on 25th January, 2022 a number of payment consent requests timed out. This was due to latency in the end to end flow. No issues have been seen since.

We're aware of an issue, which caused all of our Open Banking member auth requests to fail between 8.10am and 9.45am this morning.
This issue has since been resolved and auth requests can be made as normal.

Clydesdale Bank PLC would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance on our credit card platform and we will be unable to grant new customer consents, including payment consents, for credit card accounts hosted on https://api.prod.ob.virginmoney.com/ between 02:00 and 07:00 GMT on 6th Feburary 2022. Existing consents will not be impacted.
