On 21 & 21 April we are carrying out a data centre failover exercise. Failover will me made from our DK1 data centre to DK2. There will be a full site loss simulation for datacentre DK1.

Due to planned maintenance, disruption/downtime to our API service is likely between the maintenance window. Inconvenience regretted.

Virgin Money would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance and the API services for personal and SME savings and current accounts hosted on https://api.prod.ob.virginmoney.com/ will be unavailable to TPPs between 04:00 and 06:00 BST on 20th April 2024. 

This outage will also impact our direct personal and SME savings and current account customer channel.  Credit Card accounts will not be impacted.  

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This consists of a database change which requires an outage to our Internet Banking Application. Therefore we anticipate disruption to our Open Banking API endpoints which may impact customers' ability to create new consents, use our Account Information Services and Payment Initiation Services.

We would like to make participants aware that HSBC will implement a maintenance release during this window. Outage is expected and some disruption to services may be experienced.

This release will apply to HSBC Kinetic only.

Cashplus Bank wish to advise that due to essential maintenance scheduled to commence on Friday 19th April 2024, PIS and AIS services will be interrupted for the period between 19/04/2024 22:00 until 20/04/2024 06:00.

AIB will be performing required maintenance of the corporate banking channel on Friday the 19th April. This means the channel will be unavailable within the stated period.
Please note AIS/PIS new consent creation will be impacted, as in channel authorisation will be unavailable. 
However API's will be fully available throughout for existing consents.

Cater Allen Open Banking AIS APIs experienced an unusual delayed response time on the 19th of April 2024, resulting in some API requests timing out and getting a 500 response. The issue has been resolved.

We would like to make participants aware that HSBC will implement a maintenance release during this window. No outage is expected but some disruption to services may be experienced.

This release will apply only to HSBC Personal, first direct, and M&S Bank.
